Hi Jo, having had several boats ourselves I think this is a wonderful idea! I retired just as you and Jonno started your adventures and have followed you all the way, lots of luck in your floating home and if you’re ever in Maidstone let us know and we’ll have a MKC meet up xxxx

That’s a whole new adventure. Gotta have a project – and that certainly looks like a project. Cant wait to see the inside, and looking forward to a succession of before and after shots. I suspect she’s going to be a work in progress for several years to come.

I used to follow a blog of a couple who renovated a barge to live on the UK. It was fascinating to follow. So when is the big unveil?

Oh I was hoping it would be! I might have spotted you on one of my canal side wanders! Have to say I see some boats on my walks that would be kindly described as potential projects.

Love those canal walks. We’ve walked quite a lot of the Kennet and Avon now, love Caen Locks especially.
