Sometimes when an event is planned for such a long time it can disappoint or fail to live up to expectations but Shaun and Katie’s Wedding Day surpassed everything we could ever have dreamed of.
It’s not necessary to write thousands of words describing every moment as the photos tell you everything about their special day. We just feel so fortunate to have been a part of the preparations and the event itself. Sharing one of the most important moments of their lives is something we will never ever forget. Both Jo and I had a tear in our eyes and were bursting with pride as they lovingly said their vows to each other in the beautiful Secret Garden at Lodge Farm in Hertfordshire.
To see so many of their family and friends gathered together to celebrate this special couples wedding was truly fabulous and unbelievably emotional. To say we are proud of them both would be a massive understatement, any words are hopelessly inadequate.
Congratulations Shaun and Katie on your very special day.

Love is a temporary madness, it erupts like volcanoes and then subsides. And when it subsides you have to make a decision. You have to work out whether your root was so entwined together that it is inconceivable that you should ever part. Because this is what love is.
Love is not breathlessness, it is not excitement, it is not the promulgation of promises of eternal passion. that is just being in love, which any fool can do. Love itself is what is left over when being in love has burned away, and this is both an art and a fortunate accident.
Those that truly love have roots that grow towards each other underground, and when all the pretty blossoms have fallen from their branches, they find that they are one tree and not two.

(thanks to Shaun and Katies friends for a couple of these photos that I included from their FB posts,
hope they don’t mind).

As and when my Jack decides to tie the knot I’m definitely securing the services of Ringwood Wedding Planners. You guys definitely know how to put to together a shindig. Although I’m not too sure about those ties! Congratulations to the happy couple. That’s Shaun and Katie, not you two!

It was a 100% success and not really anything to do with us, Katie planned it all we just did the donkey work! Ties were Shauns contribution so I’ll have a word.
